Whimsy Escapes specializes in being a traveling coordinator. Whether we are traveling to you or helping you plan a destination wedding, we will go the distance for you. Our service is present enough, that you might even forget we are states away!
Currently, Whimsy Escapes has proudly supported weddings and events in Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kansas, Indiana, and Georgia. We do not travel an additional travel fee for continental United States.

Month of Coordination
Month of Coordination provides support for the final 8 weeks before you wedding.
This package includes:
RSVP Tracking/support
Weekly meetings + on call support
Timeline creation
Support with set up/ take down
Vendor confirmations
Seating charts
Shopping lists
Full day of coordination
Rehearsal dinner (up to 3 hours of support).

Partial Planning
Partial planning is for the couples who have already booked several of their vendors. We work together to finalize the rest of your vendors and have your vision come to life.

Monthly meetings
Vendor research and communication
Design layout
Budget support
Payment Tracking

Starting at $3,300
Full Planning
Full planning is our highest level of support. This service is right for your if you have picked 0-3 of your vendors. You give us your ideas and we find the perfect vendors for you.
This package includes:
Biweekly meetings
Full vendor research/Communication
Decor design
Venue walkthrough
Welcome event/ After party support
5 extra hours of support (day before or day after).
Wedding website guidance.
Everything in Partial + Month of coordination

Booking Policies
Whimsy Escapes requires a 25% deposit and signed contract to secure your date and to start services.
Deals Currently being offered:
If you are having a November 2026, December 2026, January 2027 or February 2027 weddings and book your service before the end of October 2026, you will receive $500 off of your service.
(25% deposit + contract signed by October 31, 2026 for offer to be valid)

My name is Anna, I’m the founder of Whimsy Escapes.
I started Whimsy Escapes bring a specialized touch into planning special events. Traveling and planning extravagant events have been passions of mine since childhood. Currently, I am in my 9th year as a full time elementary teacher. The skills of planning, coordinating, organizing, and designing have been apart of my professional life and transferring those skills into weddings and events has added so much joy to my life.
